He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management with an emphasis on Residential Construction and a Construction Superintendent Certification.

As a Project Manager, Connor's role involves overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure homes are built according to the construction documents. He actively engages with clients during the pre-construction phase to finalize plans, specifications, and selections, and maintains close relationships with homeowners throughout the construction process. This ensures a quality build and provides transparency on any queries or concerns that may arise.

Though early in his career at Tradewinds, Connor has not yet managed high-profile projects, but his professional skills are already making a significant impact. His ability to develop strong working relationships facilitates open communication, enhancing process efficiency and project outcomes. His analytical skills are crucial in creating budgets, conducting value engineering, scheduling, and reviewing budgets, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys the tranquility of fly fishing and hiking, exploring nature's beauty. He also loves tackling home improvement projects, which he shares with his wife and their 11-month-old son, blending his professional skills with personal passions to enrich his family life.
