Shannan Lawrence brings nearly two years of dedicated service in the construction industry to her dual role as Accountant and Office Manager at Tradewinds. Holding bachelor’s degrees in both Business Administration and Accounting, Shannan is also a proud member of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, which recognizes excellence in academic business programs.

At Tradewinds, Shannan is pivotal in managing accounting, human resources, office operations, and business development. Her critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to teamwork are invaluable. These skills ensure efficient cash flow management and budget planning for all custom home projects, empowering the field team to focus on building exceptional homes without administrative distractions.

Shannan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho (BCASWI), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and Professional Women in Building (PWB), where she contributes to advancing industry standards and networking with peers.

Outside of her professional life, Shannan enjoys a rich personal life filled with activities like reading, solving puzzles, playing card games, cooking, attending concerts, camping, and hiking. She cherishes time spent with her family, friends, and fur babies. Passionate about community service, Shannan is always exploring new opportunities to volunteer and give back to the community, further demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact both inside and outside of work.
